Refund Policy

Our return and exchange policy for ladies garments only applies to items that are different from the size ordered or have a quality defect. Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase, and the company must be notified within 48 hours of receipt if the product is not the correct size or is damaged/defective. For exchanges, we will deliver the new product within 7 working days and the customer will be required to handover the old product to the same delivery personnel. In case of a return, the customer will be required to courier back the product with the original packaging and tags in place. To prevent any loss or damage during transit, please ensure that the returned items are packed securely. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

We will process the refund or transfer through the customer's bank account or through Easy Paisa after receipt of the parcel. Shipping charges will be non-refundable.
