Delivery Information

Delivery Time:

The delivery time for standard orders is 5-7 working days after confirmation of the order, depending on the size and availability of the product. Please note that delivery times are subject to the availability of stocks and order confirmations.

Delivery Charges:

The delivery charges for local orders within Pakistan is PKR 200 and Free delivery on orders above PKR 3000.
International orders have different shipping charges, it will be calculated depending on the country and the weight of the package. Customers can contact the company for more information on international shipping charges.

How do I check the delivery status?

You can check the delivery status of your order by using the tracking ID provided to you via email and SMS on dispatch. You can log onto the courier company's website, enter the tracking ID and track your order.

How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?

Our delivery agents will make three attempts to deliver your order in case you are unavailable to receive it. In order to ensure timely delivery, please make sure that the address and contact number provided with the order is accurate. If the delivery is unsuccessful after the second attempt, the item will be returned to us.
